Hi! My name is Brooklyn, and I’m a licensed nail technician specializing in acrylic enhancements. I’m based in the Dunwoody, GA area. Feel free to message me me with any questions; hope to see you soon! Policies: • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit that is applied to your service total. Deposits must be paid the day of booking. If the deposit is not sent by the end of the day the appointment will automatically cancelled and will need to be rebooked. • New clients will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of their service's base price. Existing clients will be required to pay a $15 deposit for all appointments. • Deposits may be used for one reschedule with a 48-hour notice. Any rescheduling after the first or within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit, and a new one must be sent. • No-shows and late cancellations (within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit and incur a no-show fee of 50% of the service base price minus any deposits. This does not include the deposit for a new appointment. • Your remaining balance will be due at your appointment. Payments must be made by card (including Apple Pay) or exact cash. • Please be on time for appointments. If there has not been any communication within 15 minutes of your appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and declared a no-show. • If you contact me within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, I will let you know my availability for the day. If your appointment must be cancelled, the late cancellation policy will apply. • Ionly fill in/ soak off my own work. I cannot be sure of what products have been used for sets I didn't create, and as a result, I may be unfamiliar with those products. I also will not risk handling MMA. Please come with bare nails for your first visit. • Please schedule a soak-off if you have 5 or more nails on. Soak-offs take time that I must account for. If I have to soak off more than 40% of a set without notice, there will be a $5 fee in addition to the soak-off price. *These policies are what work for me and my business. Please respect them.
